C.R.A. nv was established in 1949. The company resided in the building “Printemps”, located on the Adolphe Max Boulevard 30 in Brussels. .

Our vision
We are proud of our extensive experience, acquired through a continuous team effort during the many years since our establishment. We are not merely selling products, but we use our knowledge to advise our customers and help improve their applications. C.R.A. attaches a lot of value to good relations with our partners and suppliers and an open and honest communication with our customers. In order to provide first-class products and the best possible service to our customers, we need well-trained and committed employees who feel passionate about their job. Therefore the well-being and constant training of our personnel is an ongoing concern.
In 2015 a daughter company in the Netherlands was founded: CRA Nederland B.V. Office space and conference facilities are rented at: Stationsweg Oost 281-B in Woudenberg 3931 ER Nederland.
Measurement and control instruments for all kinds of industrial applications were the main focus of C.R.A.’s activities at this time. Due to lack of space for the expanding business - not enough room for the workshop and warehouse with flowmeter calibration rigs - it was decided in 1971 to move the firm.
At the new address, Charles Demeer 105-117 in Laken, the company set out to sell environmental products from several European suppliers. Also the development of own C.R.A. products for measuring wastewater (venturi channels, weirs, bubbler tube systems, …) started here.
In December 1995 C.R.A. finally moved to our current location in Mechelen with more office and warehouse surface: Dellingstraat 32 in 2800 Mechelen. Beside the Measurement and control and the Environmental products a third activity domain was added to our portfolio: Safety products.
C.R.A. supplies environmental products and measuring solutions for energy-saving and control of wastewater. All of our European suppliers focus on environmentally friendly and ecological technologies to target on maximal sustainability in their supply chain.  In our own internal organisation we try to make efficient usage of resources and energy, recycle packaging material and carefully sort out waste material.
