Open channel flow measurement is a very natural way of flow quantification: by accurately measuring the water height (with our
bubbler or ultrasonic systems), the corresponding flow can easily be calculated by applying standardized formulas.
Disturbances are easily detected and calibration is fairly simple.
In Flanders we provide flow measurement solutions according the VLAREM regulations.
We can deliver complete projects solutions: installation, flow measurement, logging, water analysis and sampling if needed.
Venturi flumes
We produce and install venturi flumes with rectangular and parabolic
cross-section for open channel flow measurements.
